In the period 2001–2010 (2014) Senior Task Manager for Agriculture & Environment of the EU Delegation being responsible for the management of 105 EU funded projects; Leading researcher and President of the Governing Board of the Institute of Forestry (2014-2015), Director of International Fund for Agricultural Development for Montenegro (2016-2017). Attended training courses in Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, B&H, Croatia, Greece, Iran, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Montenegro, Morocco, Serbia, US (Cornell). Author of 250 scientific papers published in peer reviewed scientific journals such as “Land Degradation & Development”, “SpringerPlus”, “Austrian Journal of Forest Science”, “Archives of Biological Sciences”, “Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca”, “The Journal of Environmental Protection and Ecology”, “Malaysian Journal of Soil Science”, etc. Key note Speaker in 2017 (7 conferences) and 2013 (1). Member of the World Association for Soil and Water Conservation, European Geosciences Union, Balkan Environmental Association, International Union of Soil Sciences, Geographical Society of Montenegro, Watershed Management Society of Iran, Serbian Soil Science Society, Macedonian National Committee on Irrigation and Drainage, Elected Honorary Member of the Horticulture and Forestry Society from Transylvania. Editor in Chief of “Agriculture and Forestry” (2005-2013), Managing Editor of “Agrofor International Journal” (2016). Scientific Committee Member of many International conferences, being the Scientific Editor and reviewer of (20) international WoS journals. Involved in joint research as Co-promoter / Co-supervisor of some MSc / PhD thesis with Ghent Department of Geography, Belgium; Federal University of Lavras, Brazil, University of Novi Sad, Serbia.
